Today, we operate a state-of-the-art facility with two 1150 US Ton extrusion presses and an in-house foundry. Our vast die library now contains over 3000 profiles to serve a wide range of architectural and industrial applications, making us a key supplier in the sector.

Custom Die Manufacturing & Design
We offer complete in-house die manufacturing to create custom aluminum profiles for your specific project. Clients can also choose from our extensive die library, which contains over 3000 existing profiles.
In-House Billet Casting
Our integrated services include an on-site foundry equipped with a HOT-TOP continuous casting machine. This allows us to produce our own high-quality aluminum billets using client-specified alloys such as 6061, 6063, 6082 all 6000 series.
High-Tolerance Aluminum Extrusion
We operate two imported 1150 US Ton extrusion presses to produce profiles with excellent surface quality and high tolerance. Our PLC-controlled puller system ensures a twist-free product, and a conveyor belt system provides a scratch-free finish.
Advanced Laboratory & Quality Testing
Our sophisticated laboratory guarantees product quality through extensive analysis of raw materials and finished products. We use advanced equipment like a Spectrometer for chemical composition analysis , a UTS machine for strength testing, and a Webster hardness tester.
Finishing & Value-Added Processing
Our mission is to provide ready-to-use products. After extrusion, profiles are quenched, stretched, cut to the required length, and aged to achieve the desired hardness and mechanical properties, ensuring they meet your project's final specifications.
