Our Meticulous Powder Coating Process
Pre-treatment & Cleaning
The aluminum profile is thoroughly cleaned through a multi-stage chemical process to remove all oils, dirt, and oxides. A conversion coating is then applied to enhance powder adhesion and boost corrosion resistance.
Powder Application
The cleaned profile is electrically grounded and moved to a spray booth. An electrostatic spray gun applies a negative charge to the dry powder particles, which are then attracted to the grounded profile, ensuring a uniform coating.
Curing in Oven
The coated profile is transferred to a curing oven. The heat melts the powder, allowing it to flow and form a smooth, continuous film. It then chemically cross-links to create a hard, durable, and high-quality finish.
